DAY CAMPS

For children grades K-6, YMCA Camp Pendalouan’s day camp offers enriching activities to keep your child engaged during the summer months. Pendalouan’s day camp offers a mix of traditional camp activities and environmental learning, led by professional and well trained staff.

INFORMATION

Day camp is offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm with lunch and snacks provided. Pendalouan’s day camp offers activities such as swimming, boating, barn time, target sports, rock wall, and crafts as well as academic learning opportunities such as garden learning, reading time, and science projects.

Transportation to and from Muskegon, horseback riding, and before and after care are available and can be added for an additional cost. Campers should also bring a swimsuit and towel each day

$25 per camper for a 20-30 minute horseback ride

Camp Photo

$10 for an 8”x10” all camp photo

Trading Post (camp store)

$35 recommended to purchase camp snacks and merchandise

Sibling Discount

$45 per additional sibling

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Financial assistance is available for qualifying families, based on available resources. Scholarships are distributed based on household income. Financial aid is made possible through the generosity of donors and is usually distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Consequently, we encourage early applications.

DAY CAMP PRICING

Tier pricing is not income-based but is based on what your family is comfortable with paying. All campers receive the same camp experience regardless of the tier their family pays.

Families selecting this option will be helping Camp Pendalouan cover the increased costs of operating camp and helping send more kids to camp.

TIER 2

This is the true cost of camp.

TIER 3

Families selecting this option will be paying a subsidized cost of camp.
