Cardiovascular Health Programs

CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH PROGRAMS

Almost half of all U.S. adults have high blood pressure, but only 1 in 4 people have it under control. If you have high blood pressure, there are ways to manage it, even without medication. Keeping it under control can lower your risk of serious problems like stroke or heart attack. The YMCA can help.

TAKE THE ASSESSMENT

If you think you may be eligible to participate in our Cardiovascular Health Programs, take our cardiovascular risk assessment.
