Busy families face so many obstacles to making healthy food choices and being active together. We’ll help you learn how to work with your kids to live a healthier life.
Healthy Weight and Your Child is a family-based weight-management program focusing on nutrition education and physical activity. This program lasts 25 sessions and is designed for kids ages 7 to 13 that carry excess weight. An adult must attend all sessions with the child, which provides opportunities for parents to plan healthier habits along with their kids.
