MYST SWIM TEAM
Muskegon Y Swim Team
Ages 5 and Up
The
Muskegon Y Swim Team provides instruction and competition appropriate
to age and skill level. Participants learn the values of caring,
honesty, respect, and responsibility in a team setting. The
Swim
Team encourages each member to strive for his or her maximum individual
potential, improving discipline and skill.
MYST competes with other YMCAs. Meets are on weekends. Must be at least
5 years of age and above Minnow or Ray.

Participants must be members of the Muskegon Family YMCA.
MYST Summer Swim Team
- ALL swimmers must be a member the
Muskegon Family YMCA or the Tri-Cities Y. A special $5 member fee is charged for those
who are members of the Tri Cities Y. A summer membership is available for the
swim season for $49.50.
- Swimmers must be able to swim one
length of the pool (25m) on their front and back. Competitive strokes will be
taught/refined during practices. Swim lessons are recommended.
- All swimmers MUST complete the
required forms:
1) Summer
registration form
2) Medical
form if new to the team or information has changed from the fall.
3) A
USA membership form (OPTIONAL FOR SUMMER SWIMMERS), if not current USA members.

and Thursdays 4:30-6:30 for
preseason, May 1 – June 13
