Active Older Adult Fitness

NEW CLASS! - CIRCUIT TRAINING - 60140
Older Adults will enjoy this class as they work independently and as a group on the weight machines in the Health and Fitness room. Our professional staff will personalize programs and suggest ways that participants can improve their strength and endurance.
Tuesday/Thursday: 1:30pm - 2:30pm Derek

SilverSneakersĀ® STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOTION - 60450
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, a chair is used for seated or standing support.

ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS
SilverSneakersĀ® YOGASTRETCH - 60458
Move your body through a complete series of seated and standing Yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion.

GENTLE BEGINNINGS - 60089
A 1/2 hour class designed to stretch and tone those who are beginning their fitness program and those of the older adult population.
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 11:00am -11:30am
