This form provides a way for current members
to update the way YMCA membership dues are paid monthly. For example,
your information will need to be changed when your credit/debit card
expires, when you change financial instituton, or when your account has
been compromised and you are issued a new account number by your
institution. With your authorization, the membership fees are deducted
from an account of your choosing.
