Water Aerobics
Ages 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult.

WAKE-UP WITH AQUAFIT - 30310
This class uses a variety of equipment to provide resistance for toning and strengthening. It is done in the deep-end with Hydro-Fit equipment.
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 7:15am - 8:00am Lois/Marge

AQUA AID - 30320
This program is designed for individuals suffering from limited movement and joint pain. Minimize stress on your joints, improve flexibility and strengthen muscles, while allowing participants to enjoy the relaxation and buoyancy of the water. This class does not emphasize aerobics.
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 11:00am - Noon Lynn/Ellen

AQUACISE - 30330-0__
If you are just beginning a workout program and need to start off on the lighter side, this water exercise program is for you. Exercises provide relief from pain and stiffness as you begin to tone and strengthen your muscles. This class is also recommended for those in the post rehab program.

AQUA WAVE - 30340
This class is a great low impact cardiovascular workout. Participants work on improving flexibility, balance and muscular strengthening. This is a well established class that often meets for activities outside the pool too! New Members are always welcome!

DEEP H2O JOGGING - 30350
All exercise is done in the deep end of the pool using hydro equipment. This class is a great class for those wanting a fitness program with less impact on joints.
Mondays/Wednesdays: 9:15am - 10:00am Marge

WATER WORKOUT - 30470-0__
Join this group for an intense offering of aerobic and muscle toning exercise. This fast pace program is geared toward expending energy to build and tone muscle and utilize calories.

02 - Thursdays: 5:30pm - 6:15pm Jeannette

LAP SWIMMERS AGES: 16 AND UP
One lane is available for lap swimmers at all times. You may need to share the lane with one or two other swimmers. When swimming with three to four swimmers of similar ability you must circle swim. You may be asked by the guard to wait before entering the lane if it is overcrowded or swimming ability does not match those who are already in the lane. Thank you for your cooperation.

ADULT SWIMMING LESSONS - AGES 16 AND UP - 30401
You’re never too old to learn how to swim! Master basic swimming strokes and water safety in this class. With individualized instruction and guidance, you will gain confidence in and around the water.

Adult swimming lessons in conjunction with Muskegon Community College Beginner Swim Class. You’re never too old to learn to swim.

MCC AND YMCA ADULT INTERMEDIATE SWIM CLASS - 30462
OCTOBER 26 - DECEMBER 16
Take your skills to the next level in conjunction with the Muskegon Community College Intermediate Swim Class.
Tuesdays / Thursdays: 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Members: $25 Nonmembers: $60

MCC SCUBA CLASS - 30464
AUGUST 30 - OCTOBER 20
This course provides students with the elementary knowledge and skills they need to safely gain experience in the diving environment. Students may participate in open water dives after successful completion of the course. NOTE: Register at Muskegon Community College.
